Anger Management Program
Are you looking for Anger Management classes In Atlanta, GA? Our Anger Management Specialist II professionals deliver individual and group cognitive behavioral anger management treatment to clients with various types of disorders and/or alcohol and drug addictions.
Each client is administered an Anger Management Assessment that determines the individualized treatment plan and personalized workbook. The workbook provides the individual with a summary of the information presented in each session, worksheets for completing homework assignments, and space to take notes during each session. The workbook will facilitate the completion of homework assignments and help reinforce the concepts presented over the course of the anger management treatment program.
Addiction Counselor USA provides a curriculum to enhance skill building in self-understanding, self-management, public understanding, anger versus domestic violence and relationship management. The curriculum also provides education for people who are interested in or who need to learn how to deal with their anger or someone else’s anger in a positive, functional way. Participants may include people who internalize anger as well as those who act out verbally or behaviorally towards friends, family, work, or personal relationships.
All clients are required to take the following workshops first then additional workshops, if needed, will be added based on findings from the individual’s assessment.
